Losing weight is hardly easy—for most people, it could require strict dieting (in other words, no longer eating many of the foods you love) along with lots of intense exercise. Depending on your starting weight, genes, and overall health situation, it could take months or even years to shed ten pounds or more.

However, losing weight doesn’t have to be all about sacrifice. At least, it can be accomplished without completely denying yourself many of the high calorie, high fat, and high sugar foods you’ve come to love. So, how can you lose weight without stringent dieting?

Stay Hydrated

If you hate drinking water, zest it up with citrus or drink it carbonated (without adding empty calories into your diet). Whatever you drink, it’s probably best to steer clear of both sugar and artificial sweeteners.

Taking time to enjoy breakfast and lunch is a good way to avoid overeating later in the day. Try to eat before you risk getting irritable and impulsive.

Consider incorporating a healthy mid-morning or mid-afternoon snack into your daily routine. Work out in the morning.

Serve Food In Multiple Small Portions

This method is most useful in a buffet or snacking situation. One study divided single meals into smaller portions to test whether people expected to feel fuller after eating the same amount of food in separate units.

They found that by dividing foods into three or six separate portions, the participants’ expected level of fullness was greater.

Plan Ahead

By getting your veggie chopping and meal prepping done before you’re hungry. Eat more filling whole grains like quinoa and brown rice. Enjoy some fruit, and nuts are very healthy.Eat more protein and fiber.

Make Your Snacks Healthier. Instead of chips try some veggies and lite dip.

Try For Seven To Eight Hours Of Shut-Eye Per Night. sufficient sleep is important.

Removing Stress. Stress can be a stand still or set back in your eating habits, so removing all stress helps.

Treat Yourself Sometimes

if you have the determination and commitment to follow through. Many people are still searching for the magic formula to solve their own individual weight problems trying various methods like pills and food fads.
