Your Pre-Workout Needs

  • Spot hands on hips.
  • Stretch left arm over tenderly.
  • Spot hands on hips.
  • Stretch right arm over delicately.
  • Spot hands on hips.

Twist at the midriff and attempt to contact the floor.

  • Hold up.

Curve at the midsection and attempt to contact the floor.

  • Hold up.

Presently we will do jumps.

  • Rush forward with left leg.
  • Rush forward with right leg.
  • Presently plunk down.
  • Draw right knee up.
  • Draw left knee up.

Spread your legs open and attempt to put your chest on the floor. repeat.

  • Stand once more.

We will do shoulder rolls.

  • Stretch left arm over delicately.
  • Stretch right arm over delicately.

Presently shake out your arms and hands feet and legs
